Osram updates Truckstar Pro range
Lighting specialist Osram has announced it has updated its range of Truckstar Pro halogen upgrade bulbs for 24V commercial vehicles, as it supersedes the Ring Truck Master bulb range.
Truckstar Pro is Osram’s most powerful range of commercial vehicle halogen upgrade truck bulbs, built with vibration resistant technology to handle heavy duty applications.
Osram Truckstar Pro will be used to replace the Ring Truck Master bulb range. The range is said to provide up to 120 per cent more brightness, allowing drivers to see further and react quicker, to help keep fleets safe and moving on the road at night.
Terri Clark, lighting marketing manager at Osram, said: “With Ring as the distribution partner of Osram products in the UK and Ireland, Truckstar Pro will replace the Ring Truck Master bulb range.

Specialist technology built in to the Truckstar Pro range will light up the darkest of environments, says Osram, while the uniform light distribution provides a clear view across the entire width of the road, helping commercial vehicle drivers to focus on longer drives.
Osram also provides a calculator tool which allows fleet operators to work out their individual annual requirement for replacement bulbs, and shows them how much money can be saved by installing Truckstar Pro bulbs. More information can be found on the website.
