CV Show 2024 – SelectaDNA: forensic marking
The Commercial Vehicle Show takes place from 23-25 April at the NEC Birmingham.
Stand: 5D72
SelectaDNA will be showcasing its vehicle, asset and offender marking solutions to combat theft and robberies, using a unique synthetic DNA code to link assets and offenders to crimes.
“Each kit has a combination of DNA marking, UV tracer, and unique microdots,” said the company.
“Window etching and highly durable tamper resistant ID plates complete a strong combination of visible and covert marks and security labels and warning stickers.
“Photographs, VIN, and Engine numbers can all be added to the Global Secure Asset Register to aid identification and recovery of stolen vehicles and parts.
“Not only does SelectaDNA help facilitate the recovery of stolen assets and vehicles, but it enables police to link criminals to crime scenes and secure convictions.”
