CV Show 2025 Preview – Brigade: vehicle safety technology

By Categories: Commercial NewsPublished On: Thursday 27 March 2025

The 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show will take place from 29 April to 1 May at the NEC Birmingham.

Stand: 5G126

CV safety specialist Brigade will be showcasing its portfolio, including its latest drowsiness and distraction detection camera.

Brigade’s Driver Safety Camera works to detect signs of driver fatigue in real-time using facial recognition and eye-tracking systems to monitor the driver’s eyes, head movements, and facial expressions for indicators of drowsiness, such as blinking or nodding off. When the system detects these signs, it triggers visual or audible alarms to warn the driver.

Other products on display during the event will include Brigade’s low-cost CCTV and its live services – Brigade Telematics and Video Telematics – which offer real-time, on-demand support and monitoring. Using live video streaming from vehicle cameras, Brigade Telematics allows fleet managers to remotely monitor driving conditions and driver behaviour.
