Bremco wheel aligner for Vehicle Bodycare Centre
Wheel alignment specialist Bremco has recently supplied a Mercedes-Benz approved wheel alignment system, the Haweka Axis4000MB, to Vehicle Bodycare Centre in Leeds.
This system comes in two forms, says Bremco – the MB version with updated software for Mercedes-Benz vehicles, and the standard version that also covers any truck and van on the market – both with fast, reliable camera measuring systems that can be used anywhere in the workshop.
Following a few months of use, Vehicle Bodycare Centre said of the equipment: “Since purchasing the Axis4000 we have now used it several times and we have found it to be very efficient, saving time, and with its computerised system giving very accurate readings.
“We no longer have to use a designated alignment area; we can use anywhere within the workshop making it very convenient within the workshop workflow.
“The system is very straightforward and easy to use, giving clear and precise readings, with a fast and simple set up and with a substantial mobile storage unit letting you take anywhere with ease.”
The Axis4000MB enables measurement of single and total toe, steering gear middle position, camber, castor, kingpin inclination (KPI), toe out on turns, maximum turning angle, and out of square and offset of angles.
A complete system is included featuring a cabinet, a flat screen 19.5“ monitor, a PC including software, network interface card and two free USB slots, USB keyboard suitable for the workshop with a USB mouse (optical), and a colour printer (DIN A4 format).
Wheel clamps for rims from 12” to 26” are included, as well as two sets of turntables (four pieces) and two sets of compensating ramps (four pieces).
