Tail lift specialist DEL launched its new DST2000 mk2 at the Road Transport Expo in June.

Pre-drilled mounting brackets make installation quick, says Hiab, reducing vehicle downtime and getting fleets back in service faster. Day-to-day upkeep is said to be just as efficient – accessible grease points cut service time, while the hydraulic unit is protected inside a weatherproof box to ensure reliability in all conditions.
Hinged 3-way folding ramps to the sides and front of the platform, along with a rear backstop, give both operators and cargo an added layer of protection during loading and unloading. For operations that demand even more safeguards, options like P-gate safety fences and two-handed controls are available.
“Weighing 750 kg and suited for vehicles up to 26 Tonne GVW, the DST2000 is engineered for durability,” the company added.
“Galvanised steel is used throughout the platform, lift frame, and ramps – and a standard two-year warranty underlines its reliability in the field.”
