Amber Valley aids manoeuvring with Nimbus lights
Safety equipment provider Amber Valley offers a variety of lighting solutions for commercial vehicle applications, including its Nimbus Manoeuvring Light. The unit meets Reg 23 criteria and its maximum power is 9W.
Also available in the range is the Nimbus Dual Purpose Light, a combined manoeuvring light and downlighter, which can emit white and amber light, at maximum power 9W and 3.5W respectively. The amber light is powered from the indicator circuit.
Each of the Nimbus units delivers an output of 1,035 lumens, and further highlighted features include 10R approval, dual voltage (12V 24V), durable housing and tough polycarbonate inner housing lens.
The units each feature 12 LEDs, and are vibration, dust and corrosion-resistant. Reverse polarity protection is incorporated, as well as over-voltage protection to prevent voltage spike damage. They are equipped with a 1m twin cable.
