Registration open for Road Transport Expo 2026

Road Transport Expo (RTX) organisers have officially opened registration for this year’s event, and revealed details of what attendees can expect at NAEC Stoneleigh in Warwickshire from 30 June to 2 July 2026.

Slated to be the biggest RTX yet, the 2026 event will feature a three‑day schedule of vehicle launches, hands‑on demonstrations and expert insight aimed at HGV fleet operators.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be bringing Road Transport Expo back to NAEC Stoneleigh this summer,” said Vic Bunby, RTX show director.

“Every year the industry raises the bar and 2026 is shaping up to be our most ambitious show yet. RTX is built around what this sector genuinely needs – space, access to the right people and the opportunity to get hands on with the latest vehicles and technology.”

Major truck manufacturers are expected to attend, with new model unveilings, product walk‑arounds and technology demonstrations forming a central part of the programme. Visitors will also have a chance to climb into cabs and speak directly with technical experts.

Exhibitors will span the full road transport supply chain, including start‑ups, established brands, recruitment specialists and compliance solutions providers.

The Ride & Drive feature will return, offering qualified visitors the chance to test the latest vehicles. Attendees are reminded to bring their HGV licence details.

A free seminar programme will run throughout the event, covering topics such as compliance, fuel strategy, decarbonisation, skills shortages, vehicle safety and regulatory change. Organisers say the layout at NAEC Stoneleigh is designed to support easy engagement between operators, manufacturers, regulators and training providers.

Attendance is free, and event bosses are encouraging early registration in order to receive updates as further exhibitors and seminar sessions are confirmed.

Prospective visitors to RTX can register now for tickets via the website.
