Together Housing boosts fleet safety with Exeros

Together Housing, a major social landlord with over 38,000 homes in the north of England, has reportedly strengthened safety, operational efficiency and risk reduction through its new partnership with vehicle technology provider Exeros.

The partnership will see Exeros’ video telematics platform, driver app, and AI dash cams deployed across Together Housing’s 550-vehicle-strong fleet. The goal is to enhance safety by improving visibility into driving behaviour, vehicle incidents, telematics, and day-to-day fleet operations.

“Keeping our drivers safe while maintaining a high standard of customer service is essential,” said Lee Warburton, property manager for fleet and contracts at Together Housing.

“We wanted a solution that supported our drivers, gave us greater insight into fleet performance, and helped reduce risk across the business. Exeros understood our goals from day one and worked with us to create a bespoke solution we’re thrilled with.”

Highlights of the deployment include real-time, AI-powered driver safety, privacy mode, and advanced driver scoring. Combined with Exeros’ video telematics platform, Together Housing will receive fleet-wide insights, cloud-based incident footage, driver performance data, and other safety tools that reduce risk and protect drivers.

“Together Housing is sector-leading when it comes to road safety,” said Jay Biring, CEO and co-founder of Exeros. “We’re thrilled to partner with them on a bespoke solution that reduces road risk and provides practical insights that managers and drivers can use every day.”

The partnership will be a key component of Together Housing’s wider fleet strategy and will help provide a clearer understanding of driving behaviours, support coaching initiatives, and improve accident management.
