news_lowres_cvshowCommercial Vehicle Show bosses have reported that visitors to this year’s event, held as usual at the NEC Birmingham, saw another significant increase, with numbers up six per cent year-on-year.

Almost 21,000 road transport and logistics industry representatives descended on the CV Show over three days at the end of April, according to independent ABC audit data. 460 exhibitors were showcasing their wares, including a record number of new light commercials making their global or UK debuts.

CV Show Director, Rob Skelton, said, “As well as the higher quantity, many of our exhibitors have told us that the quality of visitors to this year’s Show was the best ever.

“The higher attendance clearly shows that the CV Show remains the essential event for those involved in the road transport industry and continues to merit its reputation as the best opportunity there is to come face-to-face with decision makers from across the sector.”

Dates for the 2017 CV Show have been set for 25-27 April.

Full details for prospective exhibitors, downloadable from the CV Show website, will be available from July.
