Novadata launches online Fleet Management Solution
Digital tachograph analysis provider Novadata has introduced a new online Fleet Management Solution, which can assist with maintenance management by generating reminders and records of servicing, inspections and MOTs, as well as a variety of other essential fleet management tasks.
The system can be integrated seamlessly with Novadata’s existing online digital tachograph analysis, driving licence check and walkaround check app. This provides a robust online critical data resource for the professional transport manager, says the company, wherever they have a stable internet connection.
The new Fleet Management Solution provides the facility to see and manage tasks and projects both scheduled and already in progress, with an intuitive calendar which allows the transport manager to see all jobs scheduled at a glance. The Fleet Management Solution can be used to create clear records of vehicle tax, insurance, servicing, safety inspections, MOTs, tachograph calibrations, and to add unique tasks and processes.
The system generates automated reminders for tachograph downloading, MOTs, servicing, safety checks or inspections; providing an effective safeguard against missing deadlines, and aiding compliance. Essential key documents can be stored securely online so that they are instantly accessible for inspections, or for creating board reports.
Novadata’s Fleet Management Solution is available on a cost-effective, pay-as-you-go basis, the company says, with no lengthy contracts or hidden costs.
