Kuda cab coolers drive up comfort
Kuda Automotive is the UK importer, installer and distributor for the Indel B range of cab air conditioning units for trucks and other large vehicles.
The latest addition to the range is the Oblo 1600 Aircon roof-mounted cab cooler, which the company says has been engineered to provide maximum output with exceptionally low and efficient power consumption. It also has a low profile, aerodynamic design which means it can be installed on the roof of even the tallest trucks.
The Oblo 1600 is part of the Sleeping Well line of products, which provide air conditioning even when the vehicle is not running and parked up. The range is said to be ideal for ensuring driver comfort while parked overnight, and also during the hottest of days with its 1,600 watts of cooling power.
“The Indel B Sleeping Well range of cab coolers are a big part of our offering here at Kuda,” said Tim Vincent of Kuda Automotive.
“They provide operators the perfect solution for keeping the truck cool when parked and not running the engine. They are super smart with built in battery protection ensuring there is never a non-start situation, will run all night on eco mode, and reduce the ambient cab temperature by roughly 12-15°C.
“These cab coolers are available in both roof and rear cab wall mounting versions, meaning they suit basically every make, model and body type of truck. The units are fully type approved and fitting can be offered on-site at our Ipswich headquarters or indeed nationwide.”
