CV Show 2025 Preview – Alcolock UK: alcohol and drug testing
The 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show will take place from 29 April to 1 May at the NEC Birmingham.

Alcolock UK offers a variety of breath alcohol testers, including the Alcolock V3 LE Ignition Interlock used extensively within the transport sector.
“Once installed, the Alcolock V3 LE requires the operator to blow into a mouthpiece on the handset,” said Alcolock UK.
“If the breath alcohol concentration exceeds the predetermined limit, the vehicle will not start.”
Alcolock UK also markets a full range of handheld portable breath alcohol testers such as the Drivesafe and Alert J5 with or without printer, the Drivesafe express single-use breath tester, and saliva drug testers.
“The Alert J5 Breath Alcohol Tester is coupled to a Bluetooth printer to give a fast and accurate record of the test result… which can be used as evidence.”
