MAHA UK delivers compliant,

MAHA UK brake testers are trusted by ATF centres, franchised dealers and independent workshops. Whether for maintenance, repair, inspection or testing, these accurately measure the effectiveness of a vehicle or trailer’s brake system.

MAHA UK’s MBT 7250 has a large centre roller sensor, with a diameter of 100mm and axle load of 20 tonnes, guaranteeing excellent coverage across each tyre’s dimensions. Its electronic, temperature-compensated strain gauge system produces precise results, irrespective of the conditions. It is possible to connect additional floor units to the MBT 7250 too, so it can be used as a base module for test lanes.

Furthermore, MAHA UK’s commercial brake tester can include a rising roller bed option. This lifts rollers by up to 250mm and simulates axle loads of 13 tonnes. Using a hydraulic system to apply weight onto the axle – by simply raising the vehicle – the brake tester is a compliant alternative to external loading, with DVSA stipulating that a vehicle must be laden (at least 65% of its design axle weight) to ensure an accurate, real-world test result.
