New addition to Ultra One Alcoa Wheels range
Howmet Wheel Systems has announced the European rollout of its lightest 22.5” x 11.75” sized wheel with 120mm offset and 5t payload, the newest member of the Ultra One family.
The product features an alloy technology called MagnaForce which, compared to the industry standard, enables an even stronger wheel, says the company.
Howmet Wheel Systems serves the commercial transportation market with products used in a range of applications, including full forged aluminium Alcoa Wheels such as Dura-Bright, Dura-Flange, LvL One, Dura-Bright / Dura-Flange Ultra One and WorkHorse.

The new 22.5” x 11.75” ET120 Ultra One Alcoa Wheel for trailers and as FrontRunner for heavy-duty trucks offers immediate and significant benefits, says the company. These include a 2kg weight reduction, to 22.8 kg (32 mm Mounting Hole), while maintaining the 5t payload.
The wheels are compatible both with clip-on and adhesive balancing weights, as well as leading TPMS valve mounting systems, depending on specification. They are available with extra rim flange protection as Dura-Flange wheels, and in all Alcoa Wheels finishes: Dura-Bright, LvL One, and Brushed.
