Junair brightens spraybooths with new LED lighting
Bodyshop specialist Junair has developed an LED lighting system specifically designed for use in spraybooths, paint mixing rooms and preparation areas.
The company says its new lighting offering builds on its commitment to produce spraybooth ovens that use a fraction of the energy that a conventional spraybooth would.
Junair’s high-efficiency spraybooths have been developed over the last 12 years, resulting in energy-saving products such as automatic variable airflow, QADs auxiliary air movement and fuel saver technology.
Junair claims the LED lighting can provide significant energy savings when compared to conventional lighting – adding that the long life-span and low-maintenance elements are advantageous in terms of lifetime operating costs.
As well as claimed energy savings of 60 per cent with an increase in lux level, Junair says the product offers 10-20 years’ expected life-span; sustained uniformity of light level and colour; optimum colour temperature for crisp, clear illumination; and additional environmental benefits.
The lighting, which carries a five-year manufacturer’s warranty, can be installed in new spraybooths or retrofitted to existing facilities.
