CV equipment and accessories supplier aide automotive has announced the launch of a new product, Unstuck CV, which is designed to keep fleets moving during winter conditions.
aide says Unstuck is environmentally friendly and safe to handle, and is formulated to quickly release a vehicle stuck in snow or ice – the impact of which can run into hundreds of pounds in lost hours, late delivery fines and tow truck call-out charges.
“UK winters have shown a change in recent years with prolonged periods of minus temperatures and sporadic snowfalls,” the company said.
“Unstuck is designed from the ground up, for increased traction than traditional sand, salt or grit will offer. Unstuck is able to work in temperatures as low as -60 to + 32 degrees. For the low cost of a bag of Unstuck each truck should be equipped and ready for the winter.”
