RHA rolls out updated analysis package

Among the services offered by the Road Haulage Association (RHA) Compliance & Technical Department is a recently improved version of its tachograph management and compliance system, RHA Analysis.

“We are constantly updating and enhancing the software, and this year is no exception with our latest version,” said the association.

“We have listened to our RHA Analysis customers, and together with our team of experts we are have developed an all-in-one software solution.”

The offering incorporates tachograph analysis with automated reports, debriefing module and customised dashboard, as well as new fleet maintenance software (RHA Fleet) to allow the electronic management of vehicle maintenance.

Further features include a smartphone defect app for daily walk-around checks, licence check system, electronic storage for compliance documents, and an Earned Recognition module and dashboard at no extra cost.

“We fully understand that not all operators will require all software solutions we offer; therefore, RHA Analysis can be completely tailored to meet your business requirements,” said the association.

“The ease of having an all-in-one platform also comes with the added benefit of cost reduction.

“As all products are fully integrated, this gives RHA Analysis users a big advantage when navigating through driver and vehicle records. The facility to have everything on one screen makes its simple to manage, in turn saving time and money.”

The new RHA Fleet system is said to enable seamless planning and coordination of all vehicle maintenance and compliance in real-time.

Features include real-time maintenance schedules, interactive dashboards and alerts, live visibility of vehicles and drivers, full Earned Recognition solution, full integration with RHA Analysis and the defect app, and reduced rates for RHA Analysis customers.
