CCS success for ATS Euromaster

Tyre servicing specialist ATS Euromaster has once more secured a position on the latest Crown Commercial Service (CCS) four-year framework, through which it will use proactive fleet management to help public sector fleets reduce their running costs.

CCS is a procurement organisation which allows public sector organisations to save money when buying common goods and services using its collective purchasing power.

Although the agreement is primarily designed to support blue light fleets such as NHS bodies and the police, the CCS framework also covers central government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, devolved administrations, local authorities, voluntary sector, charities and private sector organisations procuring on behalf of these bodies.

It is the first time that ATS Euromaster has been able to offer servicing, maintenance and repair elements such as brake and suspension work to those on the framework. The ATS support also includes the company’s mobile networks to ensure vehicle uptime is fully optimised.

ATS Euromaster is a specialist service provider in the light commercial vehicle sector. With many special large bay service centres for long wheelbase/high roof vans, ATS says it is uniquely able to maintain NHS Trust vehicles in particular, whilst its own fleet of mobile units – featuring the latest low emission generators –  can react swiftly to vehicle emergencies on the road.

Jess Jones, director of national fleets, ATS Euromaster, said: “We are delighted to continue supporting the Blue Light Fleets by remaining on the CCS framework for a further three years.

“We feel it is a reflection of the quality, cost reduction and above all else, uptime running that our services provide to the customer base. We have an excellent track record of managing their tyre requirements and needs, especially during the pandemic, something we are incredibly proud of.

“The agreement went live at the beginning of October with fixed-term prices for 12 months. This ensures that the public bodies we support benefit from the very best value on the market.”

Mark Holland, operations director, added: “Following our recent win to provide services to the Tesco home delivery fleet, I think it demonstrates our commitment and expertise in the commercial vehicle sector and our ability to provide new solutions to ensure fleet uptime is maintained – for instance, the provision of nighttime servicing for the Tesco fleet, or our proactive fleet management of blue llght fleets under our new tyre and SMR agreement with the Crown Commercial Services.

“Providing the best value and effective solutions are key considerations for the customer offer at ATS Euromaster.”
